Return & Refund Policy

At Runwix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with the original packaging and tags still attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Discounted" are not eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items (marked as "Final Sale")

  • Intimate wear or swimwear for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or e-gift cards

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

Our customer service team will respond with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect

  • Your order number

We will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
